Jess’s Helping Hands is committed to breaking cycles of poor health, limited access, and generational struggles by providing mothers with the tools they need to thrive. Many women, especially those in underserved communities, face significant barriers to fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being. Our mission is to bridge that gap by offering full-strength and conditioning fitness programs, meal planning resources, and mindset training to help them take control of their health and future.
Through the FitAccess Program, we provide eligible women—those facing financial hardship, health challenges, or limited community resources—free access to strength and conditioning workouts, meal prepping education, and habit-building strategies. These essential tools not only improve physical health but also foster confidence, self-discipline, and resilience, helping mothers create sustainable wellness habits for themselves and their children.
By investing in holistic wellness programs, we aim to uplift entire families, ensuring that mothers can navigate life’s challenges, make better choices, and break generational cycles of unhealthy living. Online Fitness Coaching Program
Sponsor one individual to receive one month of online fitness coaching. During this month of training tailored workouts will help strengthen and condition the client. Custom Meal Plans will give dietary satisfaction and meet calorie intake needs per each individual. Mindset and habit training with roadmap through the challenges the client is experiencing in their live.

Hybrid Fitness Coaching Program
Sponsor one individual to have full access to the Online fitness Coaching program, with additional in-person training services twice a week inside gym.

Nutrition+ Mindset Program
Help sponsor one individual to receive a specialized diet plan. Which includes a calendar based meal plan with recipe options and grocery list. As well as mindset training within our fitness app, which our client would use to track progress and habits.
